    CBC's positive pressure cleanrooms are designed to provide a completely controlled production environment so chronic studies do not have to be started over due to contamination of control or test specimens.

    Our high quality, flexible film (softwall) cleanrooms are both durable and economical. They are manufactured to provide protection to both personnel and product. What's more, CBC softwall cleanrooms can be custom designed to meet your specific equipment or functional needs.

    Class Biologically Clean flexible, softwall cleanrooms are steps beyond Class 100. They provide an environment that can be maintained at all levels of control, from conventional to germ-free.

  • Flexible Film Containment Units

     

    CBC's negative pressure, softwall, restricted access barrier containment units are designed to protect workers and prevent the release of highly pathogenic organisms or highly potent compounds into the surrounding environment.

    For researchers - CBC has manufactured flexible film containment units for containment of pathogens such as the H5N1 (the avian influenza), H1N1 (the swine influenza) and Bacillus anthracis (anthrax); and for necropsy tables to prevent the potential spread of organisms during a necropsy.

    For the pharmaceutical industries - CBC has designed units for potent compound storage, weighing, milling and exhaust collection.

    Note: CBC can design a flexible film unit to fit inside your current BSL 3 lab or around an existing piece of equipment.

Should you ever have a issue with the canopy (or need a replacement) CBC can trace your canopy back to the exact specs previously ordered. The same for replacement canopies for existing frames and filter systems.
